The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership and Northeast Indiana Economic Development organizations are looking for your help! If you are a person who works and/or lives in Northeast Indiana’s rural areas this is for you.

Many transformative initiatives have been put into place to fulfill the goal of the Road to One Million and grow our regional population to one million residents by 2030. The Rural Talent Survey is the beginning of another initiative with the same goal, but it is specifically focused on the rural parts of our region. Once we get the survey results, we’ll use that information to develop a strategic marketing plan for talent attraction unique to rural areas.

We hope this will bring us a step closer to achieving a population of one million in Northeast Indiana and in doing so increasing the workforce talent pool.
