The Wells County Economic Development conducted a Housing Assessment and Growth Strategy Study for Wells County that was completed in November 2017. The study involved over eight months of data collection, interviews and working meetings with community stakeholders.

Wells County Economic Development is committed to taking the recommendations of the study to encourage growth throughout our communities. However, we cannot do this alone. Growth within a community impacts government services, schools, economic growth, and much more; therefore, making it important for the entire community to be involved in the discussion on how we want to grow as a community.

Wells County Economic Development would like to invite you to an open forum discussion to engage in a county-wide discussion on how we can work together to grow our communities.
